sabudana cutlet

hi guys..dis is my first blog..I hope u all lyk dis..  Ingredients:  boiled potato - 4 to 5 sabudana- 1/2 cup bread crumble - 4 bread peanuts - 1/4 cup  red pepper- 1tsp coriander- 2tsp salt- as per taste dry mango powder- 1tsp Green corainder- a handful   Method- first take a big bowl nd add mashed potato in it then mix crumbled bread nd soaked sabudana nd knw add res ingredients..mix all properly..now take a small ball size portion nd shape it as u want..now heat the oil in kadahai.. when oil become hot deep fry cutlet till golden brown colour..nd server hot with green chutney note : how to soak sabudana.. first take sabudana in a bowl nd wash it properly den strain all excess water nd leave this sabudana for 4 hours without water.. how to make green chutney take 100gm of fresh coriander leaves nd add 4 green chillies nd little salt, dry mango powder nd some milk in place of water nd add all this in a mixer jar nd churn it..chutney is ready
